CrossFit Mount Barker Kids and & Teens are strength and conditioning classes designed exclusively for Cubs (5-8), Kids (8-12) and Teens (12+). The classes are designed to help foster a team environment where the workouts are often to be completed as a group, rather than individually. The Classes are designed to accommodate Cubs, Kids & Teens of all fitness levels and workouts are tailored for the individual.
A qualified and skilled coach supervises and runs the classes. Classes are set up to include a warm-up, skill training, workout, stretch.
We teach proper techniques to enhance strength and power, and also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.
